It grew from practical classroom and school workflow needs: managing learner records, adviser files, attendance, grades, behavior notes, reports, and repeated documentation without depending on scattered spreadsheets and disconnected files.
Each licence term is a separate one-time purchase. There is no automatic renewal or recurring charge.

Licence Rule: Nexway licensing is per package, per user, and per device. Installing on a different device requires a new licence. Activating a different package also requires a new licence. Each licence term is purchased through a separate one-time order and is not automatically renewed.

An active licence term covers dedicated support, confirmed bug fixes, access to updates released during that term, and requests for common DepEd-approved reports when the format is verified, feasible, and aligned with the supported workflow.
