I’m Sir Francis, a passionate educator and lifelong learner. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of guiding students through the complexities of research, English, and literature in my role as a Senior High School teacher at a public school in Virac, Catanduanes, Philippines. My journey began with a deep-rooted interest in learning, which led me to pursue a career where I could share this passion and help students navigate their educational paths.

Learning Management System (LMS) for Hybrid Classes
I successfully set up and implemented a Learning Management System (LMS) to support hybrid class setups. The LMS serves as a platform for delivering lessons, managing assignments, and tracking student progress, making learning more structured and accessible both online and offline.
Excel Applications Utility Tools
I developed a series of Excel-based applications that automate and link various department-approved templates for grade reporting. These tools streamline processes such as grade consolidation, report card generation, and the creation of permanent student records, significantly reducing manual workload and improving accuracy.
Webpages Utilities
To assist teachers conducting reading tests, I created web-based tools that simplify the placement of markings in standardized tests. These webpages reduce human errors during the assessment period, ensuring more accurate and efficient evaluation of student performance.
